Unidentified Blenheim at Church Fenton airfield.
The 54 Operational Training Unit ORB briefly states that on 23rd August 1941 two unidentified Blenheims were damaged as a result of a taxying collision at Church Fenton airfield at 02.20hrs. Minor damage to both aeroplanes resulted. One was a MkI and the other was a MkIV Blenheim. The pilot of the aeroplane (a MkI) that appears to have been moving was later posted to 30 Squadron RAAF. The pilot of this one (a MkIV) is not named in the unit ORB.
