Gauntlet K5338 at Doncaster airfield.
On 12th September 1939 this 616 Squadron aircraft had landed at Doncaster airfield and was being taxied around the airfield when it came close to stationary Hurricane L2101. The pilot of the Gauntlet attempted to swing the aircraft clear but was unable to prevent a collision between the propeller of his aircraft and the port wing tip of the Hurricane.
