Spitfire Vb AR386 near Market Weighton.

Very little is known about this incident or where it occurred other than some very basic information. On 5th July 1945 this Central Gunnery School aircraft was being flown on a training flight when it crashed near Market Weighton. The pilot was killed, he was attached to the C.G.S. for training from No.2 Flying Instructor School.
