At 09.15hrs on 22nd July 1989 this aircraft landed at Sproatley airstrip on a dry runway but when the pilot applied the brakes the aircraft flipped over onto its back. The aircraft was registered to Paul Sydney Wilkinson, of Withernwick, East Yorkshire. It was taken to Boston for repair and returned to Sproatley two months later.
