At 17.15hrs on 17th April 1989 this aircraft landed heavily at Bagby airfield which resulted in the nose undercarriage leg collapsing. At the time of the 1989 incident it was registered to David Byram Pye (Trustee of Cessna 150 GV Group), of Pickering, North Yorkshire, who possibly based it at Bagby airfield. The aircraft was repaired but was written off following another mishap at Bagby in May 1995.
