Jet Provost T.5 XW304 damaged in the air, landed at Leeds-Bradford airfield.
On 17th July 1987 this No.6 Flying Training School aircraft suffered a birdstrike whilst in the air. The pilot made a precautionary landing at Leeds-Bradford airfield where it remained until 20th July 1987 following a repair in the YLA hanger. It suffered another minor birdstrike a month later.
