Agusta-Bell 47G-3B-1 Soloy G-BEHK near Coulton.

On 1st August 1985 this helicopter was being used to spray a field of potatoes near Coulton when it struck power lines on the southern edge of the field. The canopy of the helicopter shattered but the pilot managed to make a safe landing without further damage nearby at 07.05hrs. The location given in the AAIB accident report was "Gate Farm" although the likely location was Syke Gate Farm, Coulton. The aircraft was registered to Dollar Air Services Ltd, of Baginton, Warwickshire and was later repaired.
