On Saturday, 8th September 1984 during a local flight from Leeds-Bradford airfield this aircraft suffered engine failure in the Harrogate area and was force landed near Nab Bridge, North Rigton. It received some damage and was returned to the registered owner, Yorkshire Light Aircraft Ltd, of Leeds-Bradford airfield on a lorry.
