Skyhook Sailwing G-MJDN at Doncaster airfield.
At 18.20hrs on Monday, 25th April 1983 this micrlight took off from Doncaster airfield but having climbed to around 200 feet above the ground, the engine failed. The pilot attempted to turn the aircraft back toward the runway but ended up crashing into an atra of grass. It bounced over the bank of a ditch and was damaged. The pilot sustained a broken foot and bone in his back. The microlight was registered to Mr George Morgan, of Doncaster at the time of this incident.
