LET L-13 Blanik BGA.2106 at Dishforth airfield.
On 22nd May 1983 this glider landed to the side of the approved landing area at Dishforth airfield and also across the change between tarmac and grass. This broke an undercarriage strut, the damage was inspected and it was thought to have broken in an area that was showing fatigue at the failure point. Two persons were on board. The glider was registered to Hambletons Gliding Club, based at Dishforth airfield.
