Agusta-Bell 206B Jet Ranger II G-WIZZ at Leeds-Bradford airfield.

In the days prior to this incident, this helicopter had landed at Leeds-Bradford airfield to refuel before flying on to a landing site at Baildon where it undertook some flying. There appears to have been no refuelling facility at the site at Baildon and on 30th August 1982 it was inbound to land at Leeds-Bradford (almost certainly for this purpose) when it crashed onto the grass between Runway 33 and the airfield fire station at 12.45hrs. The aircraft was registered to Trevor Robinson, of Norwich, Norfolk at the time of this incident. It was badly damaged but was eventually taken away for a rebuild.
