On Saturday, 7th August 1982 this aircraft overturned on landing at Netherthorpe airfield. At the time of this incident this aircraft was registered to Mr Tony Davies and Mr Peter Hubert Chamberlain, Trustees of the South Yorkshire Flying Group. Shortly after this incident the registration was tranferred to Robert McLean, of Rufforth airfield, who probably rebuilt it.
