Beagle B.121 Pup G-AXNS at Doncaster airfield.
On 14th February 1981 this aircraft ran into a drainage ditch at Doncaster airfield and was badly damaged.
Pilot - Name unknown.
This aircraft was registered to Messers Stephen John Figures (of Denby Dale) and Norman Fields (of Bradway, Sheffield), operating as "Trustees of the Netherthorpe Flying Group" on 6th August 1981. Prior to this it was registered to Messers Russell Light, David Bonsall and Roland Gibbs, all of the North Nottinghamshire / South Yorkshire area until 20th July 1981. They probably based it at Netherthorpe. Air Yorkshire mention the aircraft as being owned by Netherthorpe Flying Group in February 1981 so the change of ownership may have occurred some time the registration date was changed.
