Cessna 404 Titan G-WING at Leeds-Bradford airfield.
On 4th February 1980 this aircraft was heading toward Leeds-Bradford airfield so that it could be serviced at Northair. The pilot made several attempts to land in a snowstorm. When he landed the aircraft overran the runway and crashed through metal boundary fence onto the main Bradford to Harrogate road. The nose wheel sheared off other substantial damage to the nose of the aircraft resulted. The airport was closed for a time, and the wreckage was dragged around to the Northair hangar.
The aircraft was being operated by Euroair, of Biggin Hill but was registered to Alexandra Aviation Ltd, of Liverpool.
