On 17th September 1978 was damaged on take off at Leeds-Bradford airfield. Yorkshire Air News stated that it was stranded at Leeds-Bradford from 21st August 1978 during a flight to Scotland. It was registered to Mr Robert Norman Taylor, of Blindley Heath, Surrey.
