Cessna F.150G G-ATYM at Felixkirk.
Yorkshire Air News makes mention to an accident at that occurred between 6th and 10th August 1978 that saw this aircraft damaged at Felixkirk after failing to become airborne on take off from an airstrip. Y.A.N. states that it visited Northair, at Leeds-Bradford airfield, on 6th, but was then brought back by road on 10th. It does not state when the mishap occurred unfortunately and this remains my only reference to the incident I have located. At the time of this incident the aircraft was registered to Mr John Trevor Tyer, of Banstead, Surrey.
