Piper PA-28R-180 Cherokee Arrow G-AVWR near Roos.
On 3rd March 1975 this aircraft crashed around six miles north-east of Paull while landing at a private airstrip at Roos. A wing broke off and the aircraft was badly damaged. The aircraft was registered to Mono Construction Ltd, of Ravenfield, Rotherham but where the aircraft was housed is not known.
