Cessna A188 AGwagon G-BANH at Skipsea.

During the afternoon of Sunday, 20th May 1973 this aircraft was being flown between Northumberland and Norwich when the pilot made a successful forced landing at Skipsea in poor visibility and also in the presence of a thunderstorm. The aircraft was undamaged and resume flight the next day. The aircraft was owned by Mindacre Ltd, of Grimsby, who undertook crop spraying in the Summer months in various parts of the country.
