At 14.03hrs on 1st September 1969 this aircraft was damaged as the result of a heavy landing at Leeds-Bradford airfield during the pilot's first solo flight.

The registered owner of aircraft at this date was Mr Norman Reddihough, of Bradford but it appears to have been used by Yorkshire Flying Services Ltd, based at Leeds-Bradford airfield, before they became the registered owner in July 1970. Mr Reddihough was a member of various organiations that operated at Yeadon / Leeds-Bradford in the 1960s and 1970s.
