Buccaneer S.2 XV358 damaged during road transportation.
On 10th December 1967 Buccaneer XV358 was transferred by road by the manufacturer, Hawker Siddeley from Brough airfield to Holme on Spalding Moor airfield
so that it could be test flown. It was discovered that during the move road subsidence caused damage to the aircraft, later assessed as being Cat.LQ. The tow to
Holme on Spalding Moor was almost certainly completed and the aircraft was repaired on site.
