Tipsy Belfair G-APOD at Leven.
On an unknown date in Spring 1965 this aircraft crashed while being flown by a serving RAF Lightning pilot from Leconfield who was teaching the aircraft's owner how to fly. The aircraft was registered to him and he may have had a farm strip at Leven or based it at one of the Hull airfields. The aircraft carried the name "The Gremlin" at some stage in his ownership.
