Buccaneer S.1 XK525 at Holme on Spalding Moor airfield.

Hawker Siddeley Aviation were test flying this aircraft on 23rd November 1964 when a split in the jet pipe caused an undetected fire to develop in the fuselage, this spread to the wheel bay and the port tyre sustained damage. On landing at Holme on Spalding Moor airfield, where Hawker Siddeley had test facilities, the undercarriage leg failed and collapsed. The aircraft was slightly damaged but was later repaired.
