Unidentified Javelin at Leconfield airfield.
The 72 Squadron record book makes very brief mention of this incident during November 1960 and it is currently the only record of the incident I have located. It states that an aircraft burst a tyre while taxying at Leconfield and subsquently received a Cat.2 damage assessment. Exactly what was damaged, the aircraft's identity or the date is not stated.
