During a flight on 13th February 1958 this No.1 Flying Training School aircraft landed heavily at Full Sutton airfield and overshot the runway. No.1 FTS used Full sutton as a relief landing ground at the time and after a check of the aircraft at Full Sutton it was flown back to Linton on Ouse where the unit was based.
