On 8th December 1955 this "A-Flight" 275 Squadron helicopter suffered engine trouble on a flight in the Middlesbrough area and was force landed without damage near Great Busby. Another of the squadron's helicopters Sycamore XG506 was sent to assist from Thornaby where they were based.
