On 13th June 1955 this No.8 Flying Training School aircraft suffered the undercarriage jamming on landing at Driffield airfield so the pilot made a belly landing.
Pilot - F/Lt Melville Glyn Bennett DFC RAF (1664660).
Melville Bennett was awarded the DFC for service in Korea, Gazetted on 23rd February 1954.
