While taxying on 2nd April 1954 the tail wheel of this Central Gunnery School aircraft dropped into a hole at the edge of the perimeter track at Leconfield airfield causing minor damage. The aircraft was repaired on site by 60 Mu who then passed it as servicable in June 1954.
