On 13th August 1954 this unidentified Central Gunnery School aircraft undershot the runway at Leconfield airfield which caused minor damage to the aircraft. It was the pilot's second solo flight in the Sabre type. The pilot's name given below as that what is stated in the unit record book. No one of that name appears to have served in the RAF so he may well have been a foreign national undertaking flying training with the RAF, possibly Indian Air Force and possibly "Mishra". I would welcome additional information to properly identify him.
