On 25th November 1953 this 66 Squadron aircraft made a heavy landing at Linton on Ouse airfield and suffered an undercarriage leg collapse. The aircraft initially has a Cat.4R damage assessment made against it but this was later upgraded to Re-Cat.5 in January 1954 and it was struck off charge.
