On 11th August 1953 this 203 Advanced Flying School aircraft suffered an undercarriage leg jamming on the approach to land at Driffield airfield, the pilot went on to make a belly landing on the grass and the aircraft suffered repairable damage. It was repaired on site by 60 MU and was noted as servicable in December 1953.
