Lincoln B.2 RF386 at Leconfield airfield.

The No.60 Maintenance Unit record book lists all the aeroplanes that they were tasked with making servicable in 1953. For this aircraft it states that it was ready during the month of June 1953 at Leconfield. It was presumably assessed as damaged there a few months prior to this. At the time it was on charge with the Central Gunnery School and was based at Leconfield. What caused the damage assessment to be made is not known.
