On 8th October 1953 this No.203 Advanced Flying School aircraft suffered an undercarriage leg becoming unlocked in flight and it then dropped down. On landing at Driffield airfield the leg then collapsed. The 60 MU orb listed that they had completed the repair of Meteor RA387 (sic) at Driffield during February 1954.
