On an unknown date during May 1953 this unidentified 228 Operational Conversion Unit aircraft landed at Leeming airfield with unservicable brakes. The pilot could not stop the aircraft on the runway and it ran into the boundary fence. The unit record book scribe made a poor job of detailing flying accidents during this period. I have yet to search through accident records at the RAF Museum for additional information.
