On 28th April 1952 this 66 Squadron aircraft suffered the nose wheel collapse on landing at Linton on Ouse airfield. The damage was later assessed and while scheduled for repair it was never passed servicable, being struck off charge on 15th May 1953 with Re.Cat.5(c) damage.
