On 9th October 1952 this 19 Squadron aircraft received some form of damage at Church Fenton airfield. The incident is recorded briefly in the squadron records but without details. No pilot was involved. A Cat.3R damage assessment was made and it was repaired on site by 60 M.U. with it servicable in November 1952.
