On 23rd October 1952 this aircraft received a Cat.3R damage assessment. At the time the aircraft was on charge with No.203 Advanced Flying School and was based at Driffield. What caused this damage assessment to be made is not known. It was repaired on site by No.60 Maintenance Unit and was noted as being servicable at Driffield in July 1953.
