A Cat.4R damage assessment was made against this aircraft on 18th July 1952. At the time the aircraft was on charge with 203 Advanced Flying School and based at Driffield. What occurred is not known. It was despatched to 32 MU at St.Athan for a repair in works but appears to have taken nearly two years to make it servicable.
