On 19th November 1952 the pilot of this 207 Advanced Flying School aircraft held off landing too high at Full Sutton and when he then dropped the aircraft onto the runway the undercarriage then collapsed. The pilot was suspended from the training course two days later and posted out soon after. A Cat.4R damage assessment was made against this aircraft and it was sent to No.32 M.U. for a repair in works at St.Athan though this took eighteen months.
