On 7th June 1951 a tyre of this 202 Advanced Flying School aircraft burst on landing at Neasham airfield, the aircraft then swung and the undercarriage was damaged. 202 A.F.S. was based at Valley airfield in Wales, why it was at Neasham is not known.
