On 27th August 1951 this No.203 Advanced Flying School aircraft suffered an undercarriage leg collapse on landing at Driffield. A Cat.3R damage assessment was made and it was repaired on site at Driffield. The No.60 Maintenance Unit record book (air29/2039) lists all the aeroplanes that they were tasked with making servicable. For this aircraft it states that it was ready during the month of October 1951 and they repaired it at Driffield.
