The No.60 Maintenance Unit record book (air29/2039) lists all the aeroplanes that they were tasked with making servicable. For this aircraft it states that it was ready during the month of January 1952 and they repaired it at Linton on Ouse. How it came to require a repair is not yet clear and this may not have been down to any flying related incident.
