On 23rd April 1951 this No.101 Flying Refresher School aircraft was flown on a training exercise, on the pilot's initial approach to land at Finningley airfield he flew an overshoot. On his second approach the undercarriage would not lower correctly so he made a belly landing. It was repaired on site at Finningley by 60 and was servicable in September 1951.
