On 2nd February 1950 this No.203 Advanced Flying School aircraft flew into the ground while landing which damaged the undercarriage. The incident probably occurred at Driffield airfield where the unit was based although it also used Carnaby airfield as a relief landing ground. The 203 AFS record book scribe did a poor job of recording their flying accidents around this time in respect of identifying the aircraft involved and where each incident occurred.
