On 17th January 1950 an undercarriage leg of this No.203 Advanced Flying School aircraft collapsed on landing at Driffield owing to a technical issue. The pilot is quoted as being "S/Ldr T N N Breese" elsewhere but there appears to have been no one called this in the RAF. The 203 AFS record book scribe did a poor job of recording their flying accidents around this time in respect of identifying the aircraft involved and where each incident occurred. More information is required.
The aircraft was repaired by 60 M.U. at Driffield and was made servicable in December 1950, nearly a year after the incident.
Pilot - Name unknown.
