Meteor VT307 had a Cat.3R damage assessment made against it on 9th November 1950. The aircraft was on charge with No.203 Advanced Flying School and based at Driffield at the time so any damage resulting probably occurred there. It was repaired on site and returned to the unit on 6th January 1951. What caused the damage is unclear though the unit record book states that only two flying accidents occurred during November 1950 and identifies both aircraft involved so it may have been related to a ground incident or an overstressing.
