On 18th September 1950 this No.203 Advanced Flying School aircraft was flown on a training flight, after landing the pilot turned onto the perimeter track but the port undercarriage leg broke off. The incident probably occurred at Driffield airfield where the unit was based although it also used Carnaby airfield as a relief landing ground. The aircraft had a Cat.3R damage assessment made against it.
