The Central Gunnery School record book (AIR29/1789) gives very basic information that on 8th February 1950 this aircraft received damage. Given the unit was based at Leconfield it probably occurred there. The damage was repaired and it was returned to the C.G.S. on 3rd August 1950 but shortly after on 21st September 1950 was deemed surplus and flown out.
