On 1st June 1950 this Leeds University Air Squadron aircraft was being flown by a cadet when he overshot on landing at Church Fenton and it came to rest upside down. The pilot was unhurt. The wreckage appears to have been sold off to the civilian market, it was then repaired and registered as G-AMND in late-1951 before being sold to New Zealand as ZK-BAV.
