The Central Gunnery School record book (AIR29/1789) gives very basic information that on 30th August 1949 this aircraft received damage. It swung on landing at Leconfield, ran over the perimeter track and struck the boundary fence. The damage was repaired and it crashed at Leconfield later in the year.
