Lincoln B.2 RE338 at Lindholme airfield.

On 3rd February 1949 the pilot of this No.230 Operational Conversion Unit aircraft overshot his first approach to land at Lindholme in poor visibility. He flew a circuit of the airfield and his second attempt to land the aircraft landed heavily and the undercarriage collapsed.
